Does NBC comedy "Rock" with viewers?

According to James Hibberd's The Live Feed (http://www.thrfeed.com/2008/10/30-rock-returns.html), NBC's "30 Rock" returned to a third season on October 30 with a series high. The sitcom was watched by a total of 8.5 million viewers, with 4.1 million viewers in the 18-49 age category, and its numbers were up 21% from its premiere last year. Could people be finally recognizing Tina Fey's hilarity after her impersonation of Sarah Palin on various "Saturday Night Live" skits?

"30 Rock" airs Thursday nights on NBC (WYFF-4) at 9:30 right after "The Office" and followed by "ER".
